What is green tea? 
Green tea is a type of tea which is made from Camellia sinensis leaves that have not undergone the same withering and oxidation process used to make oolong and black tea. Some vitamins, like vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin C and vitamin E are also found in green tea.
